FAQ's

Our product standard is to sell gently used, unboxed or new items (All items are checked to ensure guarantee): gently used defined as the previous owner used the item, however there is little to no visible signs of usage. Unboxed products are defined as an item which has been unboxed but never used.

Your product will arrive in 1-5 business days from the purchase date. This duration will depend on the delivery location and method chosen. You will be able to track your parcel through The Courier Guy's tracking service.

Currently we do not provide a return or exchange option for any of our items. Feel free to arrange inspection of the item before purchase.

We update our inventory every 2nd week, sometimes more depending on our demand. Remember to check in regularly to see our new products, or join our mailing list.

We source our products from local individuals and hunt the market for those one-of-a-kind finds. All products have been inspected by us to ensure quality and full functionality.

Currently, we accept online card payments (via Yoco and PayStack), and cash or card payments on delivery (in Bloemfontein only).

We do not currently source items upon request, but you are welcome to let us know if there’s something specific you are looking for along with your contact details. We will notify you first if that product or an alternative is found.

You can absolutely sell your pre-loved items with Garage Sale. Fill in the “Start Selling” form on the website, and we will contact you to start the quick process. Unfortunately, we do not accept trade-ins.
